WHEY TO GO!

Wow that went quickly. It only seems five minutes ago that we were eating mince pies, unwrapping presents and pondering a list of new year resolutions.

Now, before we know it, we’re at the end of the first month and settling in nicely thank you very much.

Hopefully your new fitness routines are just as well-worn and you’re feeling healthy again after the excesses of Christmas.
